The M3 Impact Formula is the foundation of DREAAM's approach to helping boys and young men thrive: Mentoring gives young people consistent positive relationships with trusted adults. Motivation helps young people develop the confidence and purpose to make positive decisions-even when challenges arise. Together, mentoring and motivation strengthen mental wellness-helping young people build resilience, healthy relationships, emotional confidence, and the tools needed to be successful.
